Public contact and disclosure scope
Reduced the public framework from seven rules to six by removing the standalone commercial-separation rule, and replaced the commercial-policy page with one contact route for corrections and professional inquiries. Partner status remains barred from changing inclusion, criteria, order or verdict; relationship disclosures are handled where a commercial placement could affect interpretation.
